跑完步只小腿好緊同好實

唔知甘多位有冇試過跑完步只小腿好緊同好實,我好多時都會係甘,有冇方法可以容易D放鬆個小腿位,我多數跑完要休幾日只腳先會鬆.:)

1. 拉根, 熱身拉根係最重要, 亦要兼顧各部位, 腳跟至大小腿都要拉.
2. 用大腿及小腿力相配合, 有部份跑友發力時, 只用小腿力, 其實應該大腿跟小腿相配合, 用"死力"自然跑完會生問題, 例如小腿肌肉收緊.

tckl ctse, 你平日跑完有無拉筋 ?

以上gills 兄講既意見你可以參考下,
我都有拉筋, 不過用錯小腿力,所以成日都會好緊
留意下跑姿, 試下跑時多提高大腿,會省去好多力
尤奇你跑長課時, 便會感受不同

多謝兩位提供意見比我,我有時會自己一個人跑賴做熱身,而家去跑我會做返熱身先去:)

Those are knots and trigger points, you need to get rid of them after running.

I have one of this.It is the best massage stick you will find in the market.I don't know if it is sold in HK but you can also buy a rolling pin (the one for baking), it has the same effect.
