Slow slow Run is my daily homework

Running duration: 100minutes
Distance: ~15km (shatin to & back MaOnShan)
Pace: 6:40 (9km/hr)
Start time: 3:45pm 13Aug2014
Rest in between? :~15minutes

Others:
Music: no music today. watch scenery. nice 8 sin lanng view in fog
Weather: raining. cool and nice
Water: several sips at maonshan seaside park water fountain

Body condition:
soreness at right knee and 左腳掌外側 starting from abt last 4km
intensity / heart rate(by feeling): not high. a bit hungry towards the going back journey.

After Running:
blended banana cucumber juice
serious stretching
foam rolling

score: 10/10 :D
Happy because 15km is the longest run i ever did..and i finally did this run after a looonnng procrastination
