五月四日,星期日
(五四運動)
天氣出奇地好,
下午到Sir Cecil's Ride,
跑了一小時,估計有8K,
除了渣打那次,多年沒有跑那麼長了。

回到家裏,才知原來氣溫那麼熱。ghjhgjghj
人也累得連飯也不想吃。ugjgyjfhf
可能還未能應付那麼長的操練,
有點不自量力。gyujghkjhk

You are very fit already.
running for 30 mins+ at Quarry Bay Park jogging path in the afternoon yesterday already making me exhausted.
However I had steak dinner in the evening.Very hungry mah.

By the way, 師兄覺得則魚涌公園海旁,
還是Sir Cecil's Ride比較適合夏天跑步呢?

In my opinion Quarry Bay water front is good for evening run (too hot in day time because of no shelter).
Sir Cecil's Ride is good for day running because of the breeze and tree shelters.
Do you agree?

i always run in the evening from quarry bay park to skw shelter....sometimes to ming wah dai ha of chai wan road :)

This is my favourite running route.I do warm up / cool down exercise and some running in Quarry Bay Park jogging path before and after the run.:lol

How to run from the SKW typhoon shelter to Ming Wah Dai Ha?

I usually run from Quarry Bay Park, starting at the entrance near Tung Hoi Restaurant, then up to the Typhoon Shelter at Aldrich Bay and return.

Never go up to Ming Wah Dai Ha.

I think that both routes have pros and cons.

The water front has easy access to supplies say buying water at convenient shops.
But sometimes are too crowded on holidays.bnmjkjhk
Also, no shades at all.Quite a nightmare to run under the sun in the Summer.hjhkjhk

Sir Cecil's Ride is more scenic and peaceful.ghjghkjhk
But there has no supplies at all and I must bring along the water bottle.

今天放工後,朋友帶我偷雞到灣仔玩。
他自己跟跑會練習。

我跑了幾個大圏熱身後就學人玩interval.
跑了四組400米,
龜速如下:
02:25
02:24
02:26
02:32

每組之間慢jog兩分鐘。

雖然是龜速,但又覺得幾好玩,jkljkoigh
跑track都唔係咁悶。

昨天傍晚,不理霪雨霏霏,
到鰂魚涌海旁跑了一轉,
費時五十分鐘。

不知是否天氣關係,
海旁出奇的少人。

Sorry for late reply...go through the basketball court then turn left, walk down into the passseger tunnel for the other side, then you will find a little bit slope and there is.

趕練跑步心法係冇乜作用ga... 無論任何時候都要有一定既運動量, 試下行你個住所0的樓梯(計我話如果你可以一口氣行到7層, 表示股4頭肌15RM係做70磅)

冇辦法出去輕鬆跑最好行完最少及頂多一組 "你個住所0的樓梯"

六月九日,星期一,是日假期。
這天早上也不自量力參加了工聯會的長跑比賽。

很多師兄投訴和罵過大會的安排。
不再花口水在此事上了。

天氣很熱,打算用龜速來完成。
站在龍尾起步,但見各師兄跑得很快,
心雄起來,也跟著跑快點。
出事了,跑完一里已覺太快,支持不住了,ghjkjhkjhk
於是放慢用遊車河心態來跑,
沿途見人過人(應該用英文的passive voice才真),
見水飲水,才可捱下去。hjkuhijuiijho

未到雙子橋,己見領放的師兄們跑回頭路,
真利害。hjikgyufyu

跑到水廠街,好熱好焗,utyuftyftyf好想放棄。
但被一些看似中學生的美少女ghijhgijghughj 爬頭,
心想我一個年過半百的麻甩佬在此chicken out好瘀皮,kuoiuoyuiytu
於是捱落去,但回程時敵不過心魔終於停下來行了幾分鐘再用龜速起動。

回到球場,慶幸不用包尾,
我自己錄到的unofficial time是僅少過一小時。
也算造了”personal best”。哈哈!ghjghiuijhkj自我陶醉。

跟住想攞記念品,頂佢個掣,hjkljhojhkjh
條龍長到打蛇餅,khjkjhk,又熱又曬,無心機排隊,
幸好有小八在身,走去“自動販売”機買支水飲好過。jhikjhkhkjh

報告完畢。
