The annual Cross Tolo Harbour Open Race is scheduled to be held on Sunday, 10 October, 2010 at Tai Po Sha Lan Beach. Once again, the event is sponsored by the Tai Po District Council, Home Affairs Department and Leisure and Cultural Services Department and organized by Tai Po Sports Association.

Starting Time : 10:30am
Route : Tai Po Sha Lan Beach -> Tai Mui Tuk Water Sports Centre
Distance : 2400m
Quota : 1600
Fee : $30

死啦.. 我最多都係泳池操..1500-1600米...再唔努力真係要上垃圾船啦...............

I'm sorry. I just found that it's english section.

Anyway, I have to swim harder in order to complete the race..
