我暫時一星期會練三日, 二四六, 唔知會唔會練得太多或太少.
因為報左半馬, 上網睇了好多練半馬既練習schedule, 咩tempo run, easy run (LSD), 就定了以下個schedule

1. just started to run
2. physically unfit
3. not doing your best (not a tempo run)

其實我都唔明LSD係點, 睇佢地既定義就係練氣量不是練速度.
所以我都照樣用9km/hr跑, 依你經驗, 如果我想半馬想sub215(10km約60mins), 平時練習個LSD要定幾快呢?
ps: 跑齡6個月
