恭喜ching PB, 又比預期目標跑左。跑快咁多4:15 - 3:37會用多好多energy. 跟本係完全兩回事。我冇你咁勁,跑左好多年,去年4:15, 今年4:03,快12分鐘已經要食多兩包gel。
