May be it is your shoes causing you the problem. I also have low arch too but I wear stability shoes (Asics 2120, 2130, Kayano 13) and a pair of rigid insoles.

我都有扁平足,開始學跑步時有點唔舒服,
但跑左兩年後,就冇問題(用rider 10)
可能我腳部肌肉強化左,剛剛跑完渣打半馬用idaten 3都冇問題
