我响年頭有一日頂吾信啦,決心減肥
真係五想再做肥妹
我响年頭開始認真減肥
我熱量盡量控制 between 1200-1500 carlories
參加左 aerobic class
一個星期做運動 3 至4次 , either in gym or do some home work out video
減左26磅
my goal is to 再減多30磅
依排我係 一路係 treadmill跑步一路聽 '' C25K running program指示 ''
it 's a interval trainning to help you reach the goal to run 5 k at the end of the program
我好似有D鐘意左跑步
我遟D要番香港
想keep住做運動
我好希望有一日可以參加馬拉松 10 K marathon ...
But 我既跑步耐力吾係甘好
我想問我係吾係要參加一D跑步 班?if it exist in Hong Kong, where can I find ?
定係自己練跑呢?

成日計住食左卡路里,甘食野個人都食得唔開心啦...
