If you decide not to run just because of keeping the shape of your feet, you may have mis-understood this sport.

Your message is encouraging to me. Thanks. Maybe you can share your view further.
When i was training for the HM, i did notice my leg and other runner's leg, more or less would be muscular. Furthermore, if i go on to run, i may train for either longer distance, say marathon, or speed improvement at 10K or HM, all would need harder training. Thus, the effect would be more conspicuous....yes, solely beauty concern cos i am a Ctse ah!
Anyway, instead of taking vehicle to New Town Plaza to buy sth this afternoon, I went there by walking along Shing Mun River inevitably as i missed the training days much! |
