The 7in7on7 event will now visit HK on Thursday 19th March. The three runners will do a 50km course which will either start/finish at the HKSI at Ma On Shan and turn at Tai Po, or start/finish at Tai Po and turn at the HKSI. If anyone would like to join the runners for some much needed support they would probably appreciate it, as this will be the fifth of the seven-leg series. Please note that they do not expect to complete the run in much under five hours, so if you're a 2:20 marathon runner looking for a training run then this will probably not be for you. They guys will do seven ultra-marathons in seven days on seven continents. It's great that they chose HK as their Asian leg and it would be good if local runners could show their support.
