跑完8K後左膝外邊就會痛,之後行平路都OK,但係一上落樓梯就勁痛。要休息一天先冇事。
試過用膝帶都冇幫助。
想問下有冇咩熱身動作會有幫助?

You can try using a foam roller and roll it up and down on the painful area to loosen up the band, it will help. But try to find out what is causing your pain ~ your shoes, running forms .......etc.
