Especially early this year, was preparing for the Singapore Sundown Marathon, I had a half a dozen of night trainings starting 8 or 9pm and last for 3 to 5 hours. And then, I had my Singapore 100km walk a week ago which last for 26 hours for my team. I also had an overnight walk training before the event.
Next year, planning to join KL 24 hours walk, perhaps also the Penang 12 hour walk (8pm to 8am). Night training actually helps in participating these events which require go through the night. |
