Does anyone has same problem as me? 在照片中顯得十分不自然. 跟其他人十分不同. 不知道點改善? 各ching ctse有何建議?

The way you pronate your foot, you can end up twisting and spraining your ankle(s) very easily if you decide to splint all of a sudden. Are you wearing any extra insoles inside your shoes? If not, you need to purchase a pair of good insoles to correct the form. Plus, are you wearing the right type of running shoes?
Thanks for your comment! I didn't felt problem during running but wants to improve my running posture as well as running speed. I think I need to try more different running form.

I didn't had high-arched foot, so I was wearing neutral running shoes (Mizuno Spacer) without any extra insoles. ~_~|||

From the picture, your right foot is obviously showing a significant inward tilt, that is considered overpronation. You probably have either flat or low arched feet. In that case, you need to switch to a pair of shoes with a more rigid bottom (stability or motion control shoes) to overcome the pronation.

It depends which foot is showing in the picture. If it is the left foot, it is tilting inward (the left side is landing first). But if that is the right foot, then it is tilting outward (underpronation).
Your running picture above is showing your right foot tilted toward to the medial aspect of your body which is inward tilting.
Treatment ~ switch to a right pair of shoes, otherwise you will hurt your feet eventually. Blurmax hing is right, it is indeed pretty serious ar.
I have the same problem like you have. I wear Asics 2110, 2120 and 2130 now, the new 2140 is coming out very soon (may be already out). Stability shoes are a little heavier than neutral shoes because of the extra rigid support at the bottom of the shoes. You will get used to it after awhile. Mizuno has stability shoes too but the shock absorption isn't as good as Asics. Go to a store and try them all to see which one fits you better.
Really, the 2130 is on sale now here for only $60US. This is the best time for me to buy shoes because the 2140 is coming out. The stores have to get rid of all the 2130s. Alex, the 21xx series are the most popular running shoes sold in North America. I think you will like it.
