Weekday will try 2~3 time interval training(below 10K)
Weekend will try long distance(22K up around 2 hrs) run
Will intake power gel for each 10K & will carry camelback if run more than 25K
Usually will spend 330ml water in winter, 750 in summer within 20K & 1 lit in summer if more than 25K
The result were.......I broke 2 PB in this year
