I'm a new member in this site! I found the members in this site are very active, helpful and nice , also so many "fast-legs" in the group , just want to learn from ching and ctze how to run faster and better . Since 10 months ago I recovered from the Achillies tendon repture, I start my new hobby - RUNNING! Then, I discovered that running is not as easy as I thought ! So running fast will become my new challenge for the next few years ! Hope ching and ctze can teach me how to do.... , Thanks in advance!
My result on last Sunday SC 10k.... .....48'0X", the weather condition was killing me . I was "exploded" on 5~6k..... My feeling just like a racing car without gas, any ching/ctze can tell me what had happened?
