3個多月減了9kg

178cm的我靠跑步+舉啞鈴+改變飲食習慣減了9kg. (82kg 減到 73kg) 真係好難imagine我以前成80幾kg去跑半馬.

想扮勁上網分享吓之時, 原來有好多師兄重成功, 哈哈. Anyway, 各位減肥朋友繼續努力 !!

    快有快跑 慢有慢跑 最緊要量力而為
    平時試下跑下比賽既長度 估下自己係限定時間能否完成
    好好準備 問題就不大啦

    jjb師兄/姐,唔講你唔知,小弟初學跑步個半月(07年十月開始學跑),在07年11月中便跑了第一個10K,是天水圍niki 10K,55分鐘就跑完,跟住一個禮拜後11月23日去了上海跑了一個半馬,1:57',還獲得一對多威牌跑鞋做獎品,回想起來,真係太大膽了! 其實幾時先適宜跑比賽,係無人可以告訴你,只要膽粗粗咪報囉,跑唔晒咪行囉,又唔係咁貴,去享受下d氣氛,取一些經驗囉,又唔係諗住一跑就可以拿獎,跑過比賽會上癮的,小心啊!  啊啊啊!

    完全冇問題,我08年跑渣打10k都係比賽前3個月才練,你應可60min.內完成。

    即使有D無乜跑過步的人,都會去跑比賽的,所以跑比賽同跑步時間長短,是無關係的,反而如果是初跑,就盡量避免跑太長的距離,因為身體肌肉等,未適應,會增加受傷的機會。


    我都想問吓.我都係跑左兩個月.想報出年渣打10km,唔知會唔會太急呢?
    而家慢跑可以跑一個鐘(約9km)

    Sorry, can't type Chinese @ work ...

    I lost almost 11 kg now. Actually I am not having high protein diet.

    I just separate carbo and protein.

    For example -

    Breakfast -> Bread (Carbo)
    Lunch -> Noodle (Carbo)
    Dinner -> Meat (Protein)

    What I do is to avoid mixture of Carbo + Protein

    Because I work in the medical field, I only go by what it says in his death certificate.  I don't really care what kind of massive organ failures he ended up with from the fall.  The bottom line was if he didn't slip that morning on the way to work and hit his head, he wouldn't have gone into a coma and died some 9 days later. So you really can't tell people that he died from renal failure.  Sorry for being blunt but this is how I see it and I am sticking to it.

    FYI, Atkins didn't die from kidney failure.  He did suffer a heart attack from his diet one time.  He died accidentally from slipping and hitting his head on the sidewalk during a sn ...

    Was Atkins Overweight? William Leith, an writer who interviewed him around the time of his cardiac arrest stated that "he looks to be just under 6 feet tall and around 200 lbs – not skinny, not thin, but definitely not fat." Areport from Atkins Nutritionals states that he played tennis competitively and that his weight was frequently checked, and in the years before his death was below 195, and six feet tall. And a medical report at the time of his admission to the hospital, which was later made public by his widow, states that he was 195 lbs on admission to the hospital.
    Atkins' Death On April 8, 2003, at age 72, Dr. Atkins slipped on the ice while walking to work, hitting his head and causing bleeding around his brain. He lost consciousness on the way to the hospital, where he spent two weeks in intensive care. His body deteriorated rapidly and he suffered massive organ failure. During this time, his body apparently retained an enormous amount of fluid, and his weight at death was recorded at 258 pounds. His death certificate states that the cause of death was"blunt impact injury of head with epidural hematoma".
