I like some of them but not all. Did you try the Weisswurst which should be served with sweet mustard? That one does not suit me at all though many people like it. I used to learn German before so that I can read some German and some simple conversation. And I have been working in a German company for more than 10 years. So, I should know something about this country.

we spent about 4 days there and had tried about 14 different types of sausages..... really good
Frankly, I like their wurst very much especially when you have them with the weissbier. I specially like their nurmberger. The smaller sausage with a lot of species inside. By the way, have you ever tried their blood wurst? It is made of blood and mix of internal organs from pigs. Also, they have another one made of the pig ears and other organs. It tastes like the sausage we have in China. In fact, many Germans (at least most of my German colleagues) did not like these kinds of sausages. However, the choice of German wurst in HK is limited. Otherwise, it would be great. Do you like also their Bratkartoffel (Fried potato)? I like this dish very much and I cooked this fried potatoes with sausages sometimes for my kids and they like it very much.

I learnt this term when I visited Munich.....
So your original name is "Apple" instead of "Apfel", am I right? I was in Munich as well in early October and I joined the Oktoberfest and it is unbelievable. I finished 4L of beer and finally I missed my train back to Frankfurt. Interesting trip!!!
