I have my recovery run on 11-Feb. Should have been a day earlier but a bit lazy. But the recovery run is not normal training yet. I think for normal training, will start tomorrow 13-Feb.
The old school teaches one mile of marathon running needs one day of rest. So after running 26.2 miles, a runner needs to rest 26 days before training again. I was crazy enough that I did two marathons in 7days back in December.
