水塘杯尾站大潭站終於跑完, 小弟以1:17:20完成, 雖則算慢, 但對我黎講叫還可以啦 :-)

野豬徑無想像中咁崎嶇, 但因多石頭而石上又生滿菁苔, 以致好多時只能慢跑甚至快步行

而終點前三公里, 由水塘返回陽明山莊果段二公里上斜的確好甘, 慶幸是仍能堅持全程小步地慢慢慢地跑上山.......

時間: 1:17:20
名次: 133/175 (總名次) 112/141 (性別(男性)) 18/24 (組別 (M35))

Completed the AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race III (Tai Tam Reservoir 12 K Run) in the sightly warm morning in a moderate slow time of 1 hr 13 mins+.

Despite the completion time was slow, I was already satisfied.^.^

I was please to meet so many runners friends including Keith, Michael, Amy and Saki from hkrunners.com & LongRun.hk.

Despite of the hilly trail in the race, you still achieved it in a good time.

Completed the hilly trail race of AVOHK Reservoir Cup Race II in Tai Lam Chung Reservoir in 1 hr 27 mins+ in the slightly cool morning today.

The uphill steps on the 13 Km still reduced my running to walking.

I found this 15 Km run more difficult to complete than the Unicef Half marathon on last Sunday.

Nice to meet Saki of LongRun.hk and so many runners friends from hkrunners.com^.^

Enjoyed the race as usual^.^
