Football, gym , running, swimming....do exercise at least 5 hours per week
for me, using do following for 1 week
- run : 20-30KM
- swim : 1 or twice per weeks , each for 60 x 50M , ~ 1 hours.
- sit-up : 2 or 3 times per weeks, each for 200 ( 4 x50 per set actually)
- push-up : 2 or 3 times per weeks, each for 100 ( 5 x25 per set actually)
- gym : very few now ...
Just had a body check, mine is 59...
Also you must be younger and with a sports background or doing other sports to get this low.
if not you are a gifted althete, I understand genes had something to do with it and the Chinese and Russian sports institutes use this as one of teh criteria to pick children with lower heart rate for intense training...
