我係岩岩開始跑步減肥,但係我跑左大約400m到就開始腳軟,,,咁應該係抖一抖,,跟住再跑,,定係唔好理佢,,跑落去 ??
另外,,我例如7:30食完飯,,,9:15先跑,,,咁樣岩唔岩 ? (因為當我未食野去跑就冇問題啦,,但係好似頭先咁....個肚就好似大左咁,,有d唔舒服,跑個陣)
我一開始跑黎減肥,,應該係set幾多個圈俾自己,,但係要set自己跑幾耐唔準停 ?
另外,,有冇話跑完之後,,唔好沖涼住..等等既野 ?
