Tue: Easy RUN, Dist 8-10K, pacing 6:00 - 6:05
Wed: TEMPO RUN, Dist 8K, pacing 5:40 - 5:50
Thur: REST
Fri: EASY RUN, Dist 8-10K, pacing 6:00 - 6:05
Sat: GYM- 腹背肌.
SUN: LSD, Dist 15-20K pacing 6:10 - 6:30
