我想知道比賽鞋的設計與平常訓練鞋除了比賽鞋較輕外, 另有甚麼主要分別? 比賽鞋可否用於平日的日常訓練呢?

Racing shoes have less arch support and of course less cushioned. If you are overpronated, you can hurt yourself very easily if you wear them without arch support. The best racing shoes for overpronated runners I have seen so far in the market is the New Balance 903. I wear it when I run short distance and mile repeats.
