BTW, George, is it off season for you now? Just interested to know what is your maintenance mileage and training schedule during off season?
Just a couple of weeks of post-race recovery. I am using it also as the beginning of the so-called "Introductory" period in the Hudson training system. Last week was the first week after my Marathon so I ran a total of about 20 miles (~32k). This week I will probably hit the 60 mile mark (~96k). Then I am looking to go back to the 70-80 mile (100+k)/week range for a few more weeks. |
