SF? I ran once there in June, just like San Diego and HK, humidity is too high there, I couldn't breathe and too sticky. Yuck!! I am used to running in continental and high desert climate. Nothing ...
There is no way that it is too humid here. Humidity is so low that I have to spend a lot of $$$$ to buy lotion to keep my skin moist. Most of the time, my running apparel that I was still wearing 15 min after a race will be pretty much dry. There is no need to take a shower immediately either because it is so dry.
But if you compare the humidity with Las Vegas. May be it is a bit more humid, but not by much. Compared with HK, the SF Bay Area is super dry. |
