Alex兄, 印象中首次參加公開賽係1989年, 玩過一個10K比賽, 之後玩愛迪達大路之王, 城門水塘半馬, 山頂萬歲跑, 龍騰虎步上獅山...

明白在炎夏時比賽，飲水的重要性...
一次好好的教訓...

嬌兄，19年都一直keep到跑落去，好野
我而家先跑緊第2年

Standley兄, 有心唔怕遲, 葉伯到今時今日仲跑緊, 何況C兄正值壯年, 大勇大熟, 收身上力, 去年到現在已經判若兩人, 再者每次立定目標而進發(於目標時間內完成全馬), 值得學習:victory:

曲奇C姐, 工聯會個比賽唔係年年搞, 不過8K應該會玩下, 當係遇賽於操, 不過夏季會玩少D.

香港電台及政府搞, 每年都要請好多跑會一決高下, Blurmax兄呢排玩咩比賽呀?

認真？.....咁練得都要認真
系統？.....自己無天份，都係跟program跑
目標？.....個個都可以set到，不過大家都無咩目標咁練o者
