We are happy to launch our English version of LONGRUN.HK today,
hoping to share our experiences and thoughts with everyone who love Running, Jogging or even Triathlon.

This section is intended for foreign or English speaking runners/readers.
Therefore, English will be the main language being used in this section.

After doing 18 races this year I am going to take a short break from racing until February 28.  You will definitely see me in the longrun shirt for the full marathon though!  For now I'm just going to focus on training training training!  Anyhow....I will probably turn up at a few upcomg races with my camera   Hope to see you all soon!  Happy running.

Big thanks to longrun.hk for creating the English version. I can manage slowly in Chinese but it's not easy as I am used to 简体字. That's what I get for studying in Beining and choosing HK to live! No regrets though. Love this town and love running here.

I've ran about 10 races this year and am constantly surrounded by a sea of green shirts! Love the spirit!!  See everyone soon at bohen 5k, HKDRC half and Unicef half. You won't find me in a 长跑shirt since I can't figure out how to order one but just look for the gweilo with a shaved head with a look of determination to make a new PB!!
