If you have to run, try running on grass instead of concrete or asphalt and make sure you have good insole support.
ching... You know it is hard to find grass in HK. I think I need to find shoes with better protection (I use to wear Mizuno Space to run on the concrete road ). I will try to run less and put more time in swimming
