i was so tired last night after the run so i cancelled the hiking this morning. But then when i woke up this morning, i feel great!... too bad the hiking was cancelled. Anyway, i'll take a rest today.

i didnt enrol in the "聯合國兒童基金會慈善跑". is it the disneyland run? shall be very nice view along the route. hope to join next year :)
