That's one way to do it. But since I want to save every second, during a race, I just slow down a tad, grab the cup from the volunteer, compress it a little to make the top sharp and narrow, tilt my head, and drink the fluid in an oblique way. All without slowing. It works pretty well but would take time to practice. |
