收到物理治療師的報告,找出成日右腳膝頭痛既原因及建議,如下
因為以前踢波傷左右腳,但因為o甘我唔想停,便改用左腳踢,令左右腳大脾唔同size,跑步時右腳負擔比左腳大,成日出事,現要加強右腳大脾肌肉。

History of injury:
Right knee sprain during soccer more than 10 years ago, saw bonesetter only; right lateral knee pain and bilateral tibialis posterior insertion pain on and off since October 2009, right calf strain in March 2010.
Assessment findings:
1. Leg length right: 90cm left: 90.5cm
2. Tight ITB and gluteals right and left, right tighter than left
3. Hip flexors slightly tight, right and left
4. Thigh girth right 38cm left 38.4cm (5cm from tip of patella)
42.8cm 44.8cm (10cm from tip of patella)
47.4cm 49.5cm (15cm from tip of patella)
5. Bilateral flat feet
6. Bilateral mild hallux valgus
Recommendations:
1. Orthotics to correct flat feet, running shoes with wider shoe boxes.
2. Intensive stretching program to improve flexibility of right ITB, gluteals, hip flexors, gastro and soleus.
3. Strengthening exercises for right VMO and hip adductors.
