室外天氣約20c 下雨中,在會所跑步機跑。用力位置始終唔同跑街•

90min ,incline 1 all the way , speed 由開始的9.5 (約6:15/km ) 到最後降至8.8(約6:40/km)「機資料」

手錶:
13.72km ,ave pace 6:33/km ,ave hr 128(68.8%) ,max hr 137(73.6%,over了3beats) , 82rpm

跑完屁股微酸,停下時頭一時不習慣,有點昏頭轉向

天氣開始熱,越跑越慢,心跳上升速度也較快了。

天氣冷些,較易keep住心率,首次45min 達到7km, 需然天氣是一大因素

今日放假,終於可以睡久一點(1小時)
2點半pm 開跑,60min,今天空溫較高,約26-28c,微雨!

8.71km, ave pace 6:54/km ,ave hr 128, max hr 137
Condition workout

兩個星期冇做肌肉訓練了,上身肌肉退步較快,腳就好像進步咗。
因慢jog 而引起的腳踭壓力正消失中,慢jog 都有其難處

They usually call the pose scorpion. It's just elbow stand (pincha mayurasana) with back bending.
It's not hard for guys as they have strength in shoulders and strong core.
I'm a slow learner... kuoiuoyuiytu practiced almost 6 months still can't get it very solid! But I've seen some guys get it after just a few practice.
Yes, balance, but also shoulder strength.

Nah, I am not teaching yoga la... studied teacher training but just for knowledge. Not good enough to teach la, haha hjkuhijuiijho

貌似冇進步,但在控制上比之前好,更是在較高溫下進行。
不過好像較易喘氣了。
