Monday recovery run 4.1km, 18c 微風。主要是試心跳帶在換電後是否正常運作。3個多月便消滅了一粒電池!

waikwong只有2k唔夠是tempo,練乜?<------其實全程都是tempo 速,如果再快,好快就完全超過interval 心率,唔知點解我一向都要近1500m 才可入zone.
