Have you tried any half marathon before?I think you should start planning your training schedule right now, otherwise you may not have confidence to finish the 2009 SCM.

試試每次也慢跑先, 盡量不要行.例如, 半小時, 40mins, 50mins, 慢慢加上去...

要完成半馬不是太難的.

still tired after the long run on sunday. thinking shall i go runnning or not tonight. Hm.. if im 10lbs lighter, i'll run much easier and better. But it's hard to lose 10 lbs when the weather is getting colder and my appetite is getting 'bigger'. Shall look at my diet too.
