大家玩長跑有左幾耐?大家玩長跑有左幾耐?
我已有6年了。
由10k→半馬→全馬用了兩年。

不過近年肥了+多磅,開始跑得慢好多了。

開始跑步運動時,只因為身體有毛病﹝鼻竇炎及後身子差﹞而要做運動來保持身體健康而已!
開步時1km都未跑完就要步行,如是者這樣運動約30-45分鐘,維持了2星期左右﹝每星期2-3次﹞
再來,就可連續跑2-3km、步行1km、再跑1-2km、往後便可再跑2-3km了,這樣維持了3-4個月;
跟着,由辛苦的拖拉慢慢變成有氣有力;
約半年後,人家話要連續不停﹝中途不要停﹞才有用,又改變跑法...一氣過5-6km;
3/4年後,開始加長時間一小時不停的跑,慢慢的由6,7,8,9....到10-11km;
現在1.5年後,參加了長跑會的半馬﹝人生第一次半馬﹞,2:07:21完成!但痛了幾日!
跟著,現在10km跑快了1小時內完成,先前還要65分鐘耶!
人家就話我有資格去全馬,但個人還未有信心!因那次的半馬,在最後那幾km都很吃力的!

眼見運動場上人地可以跑咁耐,自己咁水皮,唔甘心之下跑到腳痛都日日練習.
之後慢慢每日加長練習,3個圈,4個圈直至可以跑10個圈以上,
當知道自己可以跑得長小小,就試下跑山路,
發現原來由一個地方起點跑去一個地方作終點,會跑得更好,個距離慢慢就愈跑愈長.
呢半年,我已經試過參加過2個10KM比賽,
雖然勁慢先返到終點,但完成一刻既滿足感足以抵銷同咁多個月流過既汗水同腳痛.

Upstairs,

4 yrs ago I could hardly complete the Peak's trail (3.54 KM).
After I joined my 1st 10 K in 2004 SCM and completed in in 59 mins+, I joined more than 100 races afterward.
There were more than 20 HM already.

我由 2001年毅行者後 , 對長跑產生濃厚興趣 , 而未涉足長跑之前 , 我差不多日日都只係做 GYM 練 muscle 和間中用跑步機練心肺 。

老實講當初跑步只是為了減肥!
四年多前本人體重達200磅(身高5'7"),起初只可以於運動場快速跑2個圈,約1星期跑5天,半年後增加到4個圈7-8分鐘完成!志在出身汗咁啦。
我每天跑步都會見到一位70多歲的"老人家",他每天平均都會跑10K以上(24大圈),他10k可以於50多分鐘完成,我有次不自諒力泊住人鬥跑,嘩好申苦至跑8個圈就收皮。
"老人家"同我講'你跑慢啲都跑到'…我開始放慢,8圈16圈24圈再半年後'免免強強'可以1時05分完成10K!"老人家"再教我點跑步姿勢及放鬆腳步﹔平均速度﹔呼吸改善等,我現時一週跑六天,跑10-25K,10K最佳試過走45分鐘,20K走過1時45分鐘左右,今次跑馬拉松是我首度參加比賽…現時"老人家"是我教練,今日體重140磅…

I used to run frequently in the college 2X years ago and there was no time (excuse) to practice after graduated.Then I started to practice again 10 years ago due to poor health condition and I were able to complete 10K race at 41 minutes at that time. :)

Then I quit again due to laziness :lol and started again five years ago.I did participate in several 10K races but the best result was 45 minutes.:(

Then I quit again due to heavy workload and of course excuses.Eventually I started to practice ago in Aug this year and I am able to maintain to practice twice in a week.Practicipated into two 10K this year and completed in 51 minutes.:Q

I hope I will be able to maintain it for a long time as it will help to maintain my health condition and release pressure.

Don't worry.
With sufficient exercises, U could return to ur peak performance again in the future.
However enjoy running is most important.

我跑左二年渣打馬拉松10km, 08年渣打馬拉松無時間跑 :Q ,
改為跑沙田三月份的10km....

Many time for Mizuno HM, Fila HM, NIKE 10K
Will take part 2008 Tokyo Marathon with some of my teammates & cheering team (about 20 ppls)
