八月份重新練習
受傷到復完差不多四個多月,八月份開始重新練習。week 1: total 21.75 km
week 2: total 25.58 km
week 3: total 34.43 km 小弟之前也常受傷, 非常明白MIKE兄復操的喜悅, 但記住慢慢唻!! (小弟就試過心急, 傷後想快點回復壯態, 結果傷多次, 要休更加長時間, 得不償失..hghface9gyhg ) 多謝大B兄提點。
