Mike, how's your ankle injury now?
Since the local racing season is over, take it easy on your training.
Make sure your ankle is fully recovered before any intensive trainings.

My ankle is not recovery yet, I feel a bit painful for each step. It is probably due to scar growth in soft tissue. I will not take an intensive training until my ankle is recovery. Thank you for your advice.

If your ankle has not fully recovered yet, don't run that much PLEASE. Did you seek advice from your physiotherapist whether you should run now? Why not going to gym to do other types of exercises which won't stress out your ankle?

Thank you for your advice, I will stop my occasional training once I find my ankle cannot sustain anymore. Anyways, I shall not take any intensive training until it is recovery.
