今天原訂跑到南灣,但在落深灣一段路不小心扭傷右腳腳踝。只好放慢跑及縮短路程,希望這幾天能康複,不然可幫各位師兄/姐在渣打拍照!

I sincerely urge you to check it out ASAP, don't do nothing and hope your ankle will recover by Sunday.
Even if your ankle has no pain on Sunday, you may still not feel comfortable running a FM.
Hope you recover really really fast!

I consulted a doctor today and arrangement a physiotherapy today as well, doctor told me that I am properly not able to play marathon this year. It is sad the hear that, but it is a good lesson for me to learn "捨".
