After sprained of right ankle on last Sunday, having a slow run and found my ankle still haven't cured yet. I feel pain in my first lap run but it feel better afterward.
With my best wish that every participants of HKSCM enjoy their run on tomorrow, mind the hot and humid weather and prevent heat-stroke by drinking water/sport-drink. Date: 04-03-2010

腳傷已好得七七八八,今晚試跑看看是否已痊癒。但發覺跑起來足踝還是有點疼痛。希望多一個星期能治癒吧! mike兄請小心身體,既然已錯過了渣打全馬賽事,
為何不耐心一點等好返晒先再訓練?
期待有日在賽道上見到康復的mike 兄 Mike兄,

我跑完Tokyo Marathon 又失去方向,等出年SCB又太耐,唉!:(

My pleasure, you are welcome. Mike 兄,聽到你無出賽,有點唔開心,你是一個認真的跑手,如果練了很久但又無得落場,真的很不是味兒。但你很決定因傷不出賽,是需要很大的勇氣及智慧的,留得清山在,下一次一定更好!! 加油!!!
