Alfred兄都係因為有傷先會跑少咗,不過話事話 ctse 真係非常勤力,而且耐力十足,小弟同你一樣都驚驚地第時係比賽or練跑既時候追唔到 ctse 。

Say do you know what did marathoners eat before all these bar and gel thingy were invented?Fig bars or Fig Newtons!!I still eat them once awhile.Power Bar was only invented in the 80s.

相中是無花果餡餅嗎?
好似濕濕地易入口,比現在的能量gel,bar更吸引啊!

前兩年跟十來過美國人上廣州踏單車,八日幾單車之旅,
久不久見班鬼食不同口味的Energy gel & bar,
小妹唔多接受,咁食法以為自己是機械人加油.

my colleague has a fig tree and he'd bring us a FULL basket of figs to share when it's season. it has a very pleasant scent.
I quite enjoy the taste, just like if you add a bit of fragrance to sweet. But it's those fruit you can't have too many

is fig same as 無花果? anyone knows?

小妹在元朗一間健康食品店購入沒有添加的紫色無花果乾,
是美國進口的,label上名稱為fig,味道唔錯,
對身體有許多益處例如腸胃及止咳.
本地也有黃白色及紫色無花果乾,
新鮮的未見過也未食過.

對, 未見過香港有新鮮無花果, 可惜!!! 小妹都是在四川丹巴食過一次咁多, 很清甜, 正 hgjhh

今天很快便做完熱身, 先跑2個大圈, 再拉筋. 即來個主菜10k Pacing 跑30 mins, 而亞sir給自己的時間是 35"/100m; 3'18"一圈 (560m).

2'59"52/3'10"81/3'03"95/3'04"13/3'03"71/3'11"00/3'04"83/3'10"82/3'09"88/2'59"05 (10x560m) Total: 30'57"70

之後再練後蹬, 真係很難, 就算每一小動作去做也很難去掌握, 可況是所有結合為一套完整的跑姿 最後再鬆番小腿肌肉, cool down, 散場 fgdrgdfg

根據亞sir給自己的時間及估計, 小妹以咁ge速度跑10k的時間是58'59", 要努力努力喇 fghgfhgfh

其實已把跑步成為習慣, 只不過再為這個習慣加上一些目標, 參與吓比賽. 練還練, 不過好似無咩進步 gfyfgughj
