其實真係介紹我黎0既恩人就係 clerkb 呀~ 令我認識到一大班志同道合0既好跑友~ :loveliness:
以前佢成日0係兆麟跑0架~ 速度超超超超超超快~ 佢跑親都成為眾人目光, 簡直係兆麟明星黎0架~ clerkb is a very good runner, I think he ran a nearly sub-3 marathon this year, by the time I observed the Harbour West Tunnel

個陣時我都未做會員，我係用ken兄blog友之名參與，玩完這次之後就入左會喇！
430果晚真係好開心:) ！亦是人生第一次長課，好多謝Desmond兄做步速帶我返入屯門......
Waiwai, I missed that night a lot, all of us had a great time!
I don't think I can run that much on 430 this year. I will be very happy if I can start running at all:L

回想上次美津濃半馬見你在烏交騰要半行半拐, 都估唔到你傷到現在.... 現在最緊要係休養, 長跑長友! hahaha, I never ever thought I have to stop running until now, not a moment. the ec I visited actually recommended me against running anymore:Q .......well we'll see :L

thanks so much schnix. i think i will back to run at TW evening 10K at July la. now i will only concentrate on training. :lol

咁而家集中d 訓練下肌肉先啦, 強化左關節同肌肉, 就無咁易傷, 同時又可減磅ng8hgh
