Blurmax's Running diary

Just completed an inter-departmental 7 Km race in 33 mins+ earlier today.

The cooler temperature today is perfect for running.

Despite I did not try my best, I still found my pace pretty fast.

A nice race again (I doubt whether the distance is 7 Km enough though)

Having my 33 mins recovery lite run (about 6.5 Km) at Sir Cecil's Ride in the sightly warm afternoon earlier.

Saw many runners practising their running at the trails today. Some of them even ran with backpacks (SSHH runnrs?).

Unfortunately I began to have my running nose after running for about 15 mins, and I had to cut short the run due to the uncomfortable caused.

Nice run anyway.

Having a 22 mins+ (about 4 Km+) at Sir Cecil's Ride at 1100 hrs+ today.
Still felt tire after the Mt Butler 15 Km last week, and failed to take over another gal runner.
I was left breatheless afterwards and concluded the run after being jamed by a large group of hikers.
Probably will not have good time at the Tolo 10 K tmw.

Just completed a 6 Km slow lite recovery run at Quarry Bay Park jogging path in 36 mins.

Still felt pretty tire after the 8 Km running race on last Sunday.

I had a 48 mins+ lite recovery run (about 9 Km) at Quarry Bay Park jogging path and water front tonite.

The hot temp + high humidity was really difficult to conquer.

Another nice run anyway.

SDH 4 Km Beach Run 08

:lol

Just completed the SDH 4 Km Beach Run in the sunny afternoon at Repluse Bay in 19 mins+.Running on the sand is really difficult despite it's just several hundered metres at the beginning.

I still enjoyed the run pretty much.It would be much better if the MC did not say so much nuisance word before and after the race.

Another nice run anyway!:lol

Running on sand is very difficult to me (not U lah).
U're right that there were many pretty ladies in 2 pieces, but I didn't bring my camera.

I run at Quarry Bay Park sometimes, after my work.
I usually start from seaview end at Quarry Bay Park and return from SKW basketball field.

This lane is good with seaview
