Sorry for late reply.I ran slowly in the CCM HMwhich cost me 2 hrs 5 mins to complete the race.It's my PW in the same race!hg18bnvbn

I completed a 6.4 Km lite recovery run at thejogging pat in Quarry Bay Park after absent from weekday training for almost 3 weeks.

hgD158bnvbn Having a 33 mins+ lite run at Sir Cecil's Ride in the sightly cool afternoon today.

While I struggled to walk up to the trail, a expatriate male runner ran fast uphill.

So many runners trained their run today too.

Having a 30 mins+ mild running at Sir Cecil's Ride in the afternoon after 2 weeks rest from influenza.

Still felt tire despite such a long period rest and it's inconvenient to run with a mild running nose too.

Nice run anyway.
