上個星期一突然休克, 之後果個星期, 訓覺同休息, 唔敢跑, 腳仔好番八八九九,
噚日重係跑馬地衝左五個大圈, 都OK, 今晚去左學游水, 除左跑步, 重想玩多D其他嘢......

不過以後都唔好俾自己運動得過勞呀!如果傷咗身體就手尾長架啦!
夏天分散D時間去游水都好啊!當做cross training 嘛!

休克可大可少, 妳節食過龍, 運動過量, 食左藥, 休息不足????hgD158bnvbn
找出原因, 對症下藥, 生活調節下, 唔好玩出火!

目標係50分鐘,
完成時間 (個人計時) 53'03",
頭1K時間05'23", 最後平均06'37"/K,
比較上年大會時間為01:03', 都算PB左10分鐘!

Just run 13K shatin start from 8:00am yesterday that's really...... hot when I back, starting is ok, not hot! Should run more next sunday:)
