Just walking up the trail making me exhausted. I really felt dizzy and exhausted after the run despite there was plenty shelters along the trail.

Still enjoyed the run anyway. ^.^

I don't bring any drink with me in training less than 10 K.

That's why I consumed 2 bottles of energy drinks after the run yesterday.

Just completed the AVOHK 5 Km Series 09-10 Race I in the slightly hot afternoon today in a satisfied time of 28 mins at Wanchai Gap.

I'm happy to meet many runners friends from LongRun.hk, hkrunners.com and Leisure Runners Club before the race.

Enjoyed the race.
