I had stopped writing here for a while and let me resume it.

4/22 1:00pm~1:40pm
Jogging from Kowloon Park to Hung Hom across TST waterfont, it is windly today and feeling is very good. Running distance unknow, running time ard 40 minutes. Very rush coz I'd to shower and then buy a burger for lunch.:lol

No nc,
I'd keep my training course Monday & Friday at Happy Valley since March. Some jogging at Quarry Bay on Saturaday or Sunday. But I hadn't keep record on these. I'm too lazy for writing, especially in Chinese. :lol

中午跑, 由九龍公園跑去尖東海濱再上橋紅磡, 跟住原路番轉頭, 大風, 好爽!

昨天中午跑完, 弄到無時間食飯。今天唔跑, 改在中午於尖東海濱練神腿6式, 每式3次。收工食飯去。


4/24 7:00pm~9:30pm

繼續快活谷邪8分享會, (rundown 來自kcchu):
- 節奏跑15 min
- 神腿前三式 各2組
- 神腿後三式 各3組
- 原地跨跳1分鐘 + 加速跑 5組
- 節奏跳 1分鐘 5組
- 單腳跳 1個足場 10組
- 交叉加速跑 3組
- 慢跑15min
- 拉根
- 收工食飯吹水


4/27 7:30pm~9:00pm

快活谷
