在長課中可/必須補水,但不要"坐下補水"。練長課的其中一個目的是練endurance,若練長課中"坐下補水",我相信你也會在全馬"坐下補水"。

LI師兄所言甚是, 若果唔係去年長課時習慣停下長時間補水, 年頭渣打全馬也不會咁差勁. 真係要習慣下補完即走先得.

我非常同意Mike兄所說的。在下喝水從不停下來,也不減慢,能邊跑邊喝,會對跑全馬有很大幫助。

大衛兄,
高台, 同交叉腳一樣都係訓低, 不過就係將大腿輪流一左一右提起再放直.
車輪腿都係一樣訓低, 雙腿向上作踏單車的動作. 有正方向, 亦可反方向.

When at the water station, you can stop at the beginning of the table, grab the water then walk all the way to the end of the water station.I do that all the time.You can also go to the back of the station and do all your midway stretches too.

That's one way to do it.But since I want to save every second, during a race, I just slow down a tad, grab the cup from the volunteer, compress it a little to make the top sharp and narrow, tilt my head, and drink the fluid in an oblique way.All without slowing.It works pretty well but would take time to practice.
